Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network fundamentals
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
