Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base system.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest software improvements.
- Conduct regular software updates and patch management on client systems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Train junior staff and participate in weekly team meetings to discuss technical trends and challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting network protocols (TCP/IP) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment are required for remote support duties.
