Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ users
- Manage and maintain company network infrastructure and security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve system outages with minimal disruption
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures
- Train employees on technology best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
