Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance
- Manage social media channels and content creation strategy
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI reporting for marketing activities
- Lead a team of 3 marketing specialists
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing marketing budgets over $500K
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
