Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Track record of launching $10M+ innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
