Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks integrating exponential technologies with sustainable development goals
- Architect cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruption scenarios
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members using data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in tech or consulting environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
