Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives and government partners
- Develop future-ready roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Prototype innovation frameworks and validate concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation sprint execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 or startup experience
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and policymakers
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup) preferred
