Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, market disruptions, and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough products and services
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI on strategic initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling innovation narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Innovation (MBA/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or strategic transformations
