Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging innovations (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, climate tech) into core business functions
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present futuristic scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven risk/opportunity frameworks
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Drive prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports for executive board decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, Web3, climate tech) with peer-reviewed publications or patents
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience building innovation pipelines with measurable ROI from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of executed future-focused initiatives demonstrating measurable impact
