Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI-driven sustainability solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bioengineering, neural interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scenarios for market disruption and competitive advantage in 2026 landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with corporate vision
- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders and secure $5M+ innovation budgets
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or futurism
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
