Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 tech ecosystem, focusing on edge computing and latency reduction.
- Lead GenAI Strategy: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Oversee model fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment strategies to ensure real-time performance across diverse hardware environments.
- Collaborate with Visionaries: Work closely with product leaders and researchers to translate theoretical concepts into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for bias mitigation, data privacy, and safety in AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and anticipate industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
