As a key member of our Executive Strategy team, you will analyze macro-environmental shifts, propose transformative policies, and guide leadership through the complex landscape of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap focusing on organizational agility, hybrid work models, and technological adoption.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global trends in AI, remote collaboration, and workforce demographics to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement internal policies that foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, CTO, and CPO leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive cultural change, ensuring seamless transitions during periods of rapid evolution.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the testing and deployment of new work methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or future-of-work consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, AI integration in the workplace, and digital transformation frameworks.
