Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive 2026 Workforce Roadmap that integrates Generative AI and Spatial Computing into daily workflows.
- Lead the design of ethical AI policies, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in automated decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot autonomous agent technologies and optimize remote/hybrid operational models.
- Analyze market trends in quantum readiness and prepare the organization for next-gen computing paradigms.
- Train leadership and staff on the psychological and operational shifts required for a post-scarcity digital economy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational strategy, IT operations, or Human Resources, with a focus on technology integration.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Spatial Computing technologies.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to AI deployment.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
