Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time neural data.
- Lead Research & Development: Direct the R&D team in exploring advanced Machine Learning models, including self-supervised learning and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a strategic technical vision aligned with emerging industry standards and futuristic AI trends.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques to improve model latency and accuracy for edge devices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Ensure Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure our AI systems remain transparent, unbiased, and safe.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning architecture, with a focus on AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++; deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex architectural solutions.
