Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI infrastructure to ensure we are ahead of the curve for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, cloud-native AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Pioneering Research: Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Generative AI models into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for future-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead technical roadmaps and define long-term product visions (e.g., Year 2026 strategy).
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving high-scale, high-impact engineering challenges.
