As a pivotal member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge theoretical research and scalable production environments. You won't just maintain systems; you will pioneer the technologies that will define the digital landscape of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data volumes and complex neural networks.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product launches, ensuring we are ahead of the curve in AI evolution.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and drive best practices in cloud architecture and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate viable solutions into our stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future tech trends and integrating them into business strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
