Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen machine learning models and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the engineering team.
- Ensure system resilience and security across distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated leadership in technical projects and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
