Responsibilities

- Technology Assessment: Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on emerging tech trends to recommend strategic investments and innovation pivots.

- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a focus on serverless and hybrid cloud models.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly for long-term growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
