- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs and implementation frameworks
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with industry disruptors
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives
- Mentor high-potential talent in strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional data analytics and strategic modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, biotech)
- Experience scaling organizations in high-growth markets
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
