Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of scaling tech products from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futurism preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
