Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Quantify market opportunities through data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Drive organizational adoption of innovation KPIs and agile practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies with 7+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Design Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
