Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term strategic implications of AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, academic researchers, and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Analysis)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with data visualization expertise
- Published thought leadership in business or technology publications preferred
