- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-proof research initiatives
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures planning
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
