Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate breakthrough startups
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of scaling businesses through disruptive innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, circular economy, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Uncertainties)
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method or horizon scanning
