Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, circular economy principles, and decentralized technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops identifying disruption vectors across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce trend intelligence reports using predictive analytics and patent landscape analysis
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration ecosystems
- Stakeholder engagement with Fortune 500 partners on sustainable transition initiatives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, legal, and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech implications (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Agile or Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and SDG alignment
