Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum/AI integration
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web3, biotech, climate tech) for competitive advantage assessment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation across R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major technology transformation initiatives
