- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using AI-powered trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and metaverse economics
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefs for executive boards with scenario planning frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
- Design human-AI collaboration protocols for 2026 workforce transformation
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking across emerging sectors
- Present at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leader in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Expertise in blockchain, quantum computing, and neurotech applications
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Native-level English with Mandarin/Spanish proficiency preferred
