Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market evolution and adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization potential
- Create executive-ready strategic narratives and visualizations for stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing future workforce transformation
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' long-term impact
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2020+ horizon focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
