Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with global R&D institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Oversee $50M+ innovation budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for 2026 technology stack
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and market adoption curves
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
