- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital transformation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototype development to MVP stage

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech companies
- Expertise in AI/ML ethics, sustainable tech, and disruptive business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing organizational change
