Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans through 2030 with focus on 2026 milestones
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and sustainability impact metrics
- Partner with C-suite to secure resources for future-focused initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech ecosystems
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in tech or sustainability leadership
- Proven track record of executing future-oriented initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Sustainability (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
