Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing or AI infrastructure experience
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- Proficiency in hybrid quantum-classical programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep knowledge of distributed ledger systems (Web3.0 protocols)
- Certification in quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Proven track record in scaling systems for 100M+ user environments
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
