Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product lifecycle, integrating cutting-edge AI and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance cloud systems that support millions of concurrent users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists and product managersâto translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
- Oversee the deployment of microservices and ensure seamless integration across the global tech stack.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on asynchronous and high-throughput systems.
- Experience with Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and the integration of AI models into production environments.
- Familiarity with the principles of quantum computing and post-quantum cryptography.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
