Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable system solutions for the 2026 digital ecosystem.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct research and development on emerging technologies to define the roadmap for future releases.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, high availability, and performance compliance across all global deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in high-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
