Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning it with broader business goals and market trends.
- Lead the Innovation Lab initiatives, researching and prototyping cutting-edge technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing product ecosystems.
- Develop a Talent Roadmap for 2026, identifying critical skills and talent gaps within the organization.
- Present complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
- Oversee the technical feasibility of long-term projects and manage vendor partnerships for strategic tech acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Architectural leadership.
- Proven experience in developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years planning horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from engineers to C-level executives.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation within a fast-paced, agile environment.
