Role Overview
You will lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and ethicists to design and deploy next-generation AI architectures. You are not just coding; you are defining the paradigms of computation for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling exascale computing.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing principles into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Neural Interface Protocols: Develop low-latency protocols for brain-computer interface (BCI) data processing.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, identifying emerging technologies and potential risks.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, alignment, and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and PhD researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building large-scale machine learning systems (e.g., Google, OpenAI, DeepMind, Meta).
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Focus: Experience with quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced reinforcement learning (RLHF, Transformers).
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think several years into the future regarding hardware evolution and software scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
