Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop strategic partnerships, innovation labs, and R&D initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Present complex technical visions to stakeholders with clarity, persuasion, and strategic insight.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems architecture.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterβs or PhD preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business value.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams across different time zones.
