Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical strategy for our 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI systems to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing concepts) relevant to our niche.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive buy-in.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to think several steps ahead and lead teams through complex technological transitions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
