Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech space using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting platforms.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from defining technical requirements and screening candidates to conducting technical and behavioral interviews and extending offers.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure continuous coverage for critical open roles.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Product Directors to understand technical nuances and build long-term hiring roadmaps.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company culture and vision for the future of technology to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the Software, AI, or SaaS industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML concepts.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and senior engineers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
