Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire hiring lifecycle from identifying the need and sourcing candidates to interviewing and closing offers for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced ATS tools to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a steady stream of qualified candidates to ensure zero hiring gaps for critical engineering positions.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical nuances, refine job descriptions, and align on cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Apex Digital at tech conferences and industry networking events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software engineering or data science sectors.
- Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated success in using Boolean search strings and niche sourcing channels to find top-tier talent.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and evaluate complex technical roles and communicate effectively with engineers and developers.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
