Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmap targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous technologies
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on next-gen neural interface research
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through venture partnerships
- Present breakthrough concepts at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor PhD fellows in applied quantum mechanics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in tech or biotech
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Active advisory role for UN Technology Innovation Labs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technological innovations
