- Collaborate with VPs of Product to translate futuristic concepts into MVPs
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Present tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging tech adoption
- Pioneer patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in innovation strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Certification in Futurism or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ countries
- Pitch deck portfolio for tech innovations
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals
