Responsibilities
- Architect and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, Web4.0, biodegradable electronics)
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and MVP development in our Future Tech Lab
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for cutting-edge research
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certifications in futures thinking (e.g., WFSF) or technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Experience with international tech ecosystems and cross-cultural innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
