Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for 2026-era AI models.
- Oversee the development of proprietary synthetic data pipelines to enhance model training.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuro-Symbolic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning research, or a hybrid engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural changes.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
