Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Future Tech Lead to spearhead our 2026 strategic roadmap. In this role, you will bridge the gap between current technological capabilities and next-generation possibilities, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech to drive our long-term growth.
You will work closely with our executive team to define the company's trajectory for the 2026 horizon, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the next 2 years, identifying key opportunities and potential disruptions.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on futuristic technologies and their practical application.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging tech landscapes, including generative AI, biotech, and decentralized systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategies to C-level executives and board members.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or future studies.
- Future-Oriented Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends before they become mainstream.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks (Cloud, AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in high-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
