Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Edge Computing.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, secure, and sustainable infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data loads and quantum-ready protocols.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype bleeding-edge technologies, presenting them to the executive board for adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and R&D teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Legacy Modernization: oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT leadership, with a proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Cybersecurity best practices.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Agile Experience: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for rapid delivery.
