Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks designed for long-term growth and adaptability.
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready software products.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and big data technologies.
- Experience with model deployment, MLOps, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
