Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, specifically in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech, to identify actionable opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate cutting-edge tools into existing workflows seamlessly.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners and vendors that align with our 2026 vision.
- Future-Proofing: Assess risks and opportunities associated with emerging tech and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
