Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of complex AI and quantum computing systems, ensuring scalability and resilience for 2026 infrastructure.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI and quantum processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and optimize proprietary algorithms to handle next-generation data loads and neural network complexities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Innovation: Proven track record of patenting or publishing research in AI or computational theory.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
