Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, aligning with business goals.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects in researching emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and AI-Driven Systems.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet future regulatory and performance standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and scalable backend systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks, including Web3 or Edge Computing, is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
